Coaches, districts, and conferences are finding an ever increasing demand for SAS coaching – especially post-pandemic.  Therefore, there is a growing  need for Certified SAS Coaches who have been thoroughly, recently, and properly trained in the simplified, accountable structure.  In this training, SAS Coaches will be trained and resourced by Kay Kotan in the three Phases of SAS:  Discerning, Equipping, and Implementing.  Common potholes, how to partner with DS’s, best practices for a conference approach to SAS, and more will also be covered.
