Recommended SAS Coaches
The following coaches have completed Simplified, Accountable Structure (SAS) coach training and become certified SAS Coaches. Each remains a part of the national network of Certified SAS Coaches in good standing with sound references.
Rev. Jason Fry is a retired elder in the Rio Conference of the UMC having served churches of all sizes for 39 years. Jason led his last church through adopting and implementing the Simplified, Accountable Structure and since coached other churches to do the same. Fry has come to believe in this model out of the need for simplification, alignment, and accountability in local churches. Jason is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF. Rev. Douglas Mills is an elder in the New Mexico Annual Conference of the UMC. Doug is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the ICF as well as being a Certified Ministry Coach through Coaching4Clergy. Mills has consulted and coached churches for more than a decade in the areas of revitalization, leadership development, and financial campaigns. Rev. Mills is a proponent of Simplified, Accountable Structure because he has seen it make a difference in the fruitfulness of churches and helps them stay focused on the mission.
