About Kay Kotan

Kay Kotan is the founder of You Unlimited. Her vast experience and knowledge come from both the corporate sector and non-profit sector.  Her career path includes fifteen years in corporate banking, more than twenty years as a business owner, and served on the Cabinet of two United Methodist Conferences as a Developer.  She is a professionally credentialed coach, consultant, speaker and author.  Kotan has authored more than a dozen books.   

Kay Kotan

Kay is a Coach U & Advanced Coach U Graduate, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) of the International Coaching Federation.  Kay served on the Faculty of Coaching4Clergy, is a Certified Path One Coach for the UMC, and was a member of the Healthy Church Initiative (HCI) Executive Team for the Missouri Conference UMC.  She has worked with hundreds of pastors and congregations across the nation in becoming more missionally effective through coaching, workshops, and consulting.

Kay enjoys journeying alongside her clients in discovering shifts and possibilities to take their lives, ministries and professions to the next level and beyond their wildest dreams.  Mrs. Kotan has a keen eye for quickly identifying issues that have stopped clients from moving forward and reaching their goals.  She is an incredible processes thinker as well as being able to help her clients work through visionary/balcony thinking and dreaming.  If you strive to be more intentional and strategic, contact Kay to take yourself to the next level of who you were created to be and do!
