The Church Vitality Assessment is an online evaluation tool for your congregants to complete to assist you and your church leaders in understanding the level of vitality of your congregation. You will receive a Church Vitality Dashboard report along with a 60-minute consultation to unpack the Church Vitality Dashboard, the findings, and recommended next steps. The Church Vitality Dashboard is available for a flat fee of $397 and includes the assessment for any size congregation and the one-hour consultation for church leaders to receive and interpret the report.
