You asked for it and here it is! This 70-page resource is designed for the spiritual formation and leadership development times on the monthly leadership board agenda for a whole year! Starting in January, each month you'll find a spiritual formation topic with reflective questions to help leaders develop more deeply as disciples and spiritual leaders and grow more comfortable sharing in their discipleship journey. For each month you will also find a page to record spiritual formation notes, reflections, and insights. In addition, you'll find an associated leadership development topic to help form and challenge you as a leader.  Reflective questions are included to help the group process the information and challenge their thinking. Each month there is a page for leadership development notes, take-aways, and action steps.  Each Reflection Journal also includes a 2025 Calendar, information about the author, instructions for how to use the Reflection Journal, and additional note pages.
